Hope all is well, how’s the practice? Have you been sitting? walking? Breathing well?
All suffering comes from our relationship with what is. I’d like for us to be skillful in taking a step back and pausing, accept the neutral nature of everything and rise above its invitation for us to be energetically involved. Keep in mind to always be “Engaged Not Entangled”, this has been a good mantra for me throughout the years. You make and create your reality as you think it. What you focus on expands. These are the laws of mind that can transcend us from the hallucination of thoughts. You can even go a level deeper by intentionally detaching from your persona. That the part of you that is a mother, daughter, police officer or marathon runner is only a mere speck compared to the truth of what you are.
