Letting all unnecessary judgments melt away. Letting all preconceived notions of how things should be dissolve. Creating a new and fresh way of being. Starting anew, looking forward towards what could be that has never been. What does it look like for you? How does it feel?
This doesn't mean that we forget and disregard all of our past experiences. This is an invitation to be a conscious discerner of what is true. Letting the wisdom stay, letting the trauma go. Making what truly nurture and serve the noblest part of us be the center point of attention.
Keeping our commitment in continuous purification of the mind requires daily practices that may be simple but not easy.
