Every time we go to the beach we are reminded by the expanse of our tiny planet and the power of waves.

Emotions come in waves, if we aren’t skillful in navigating how they work or ignore obvious warnings, we are bound to be wiped out.

Watch your thoughts before it becomes an emotion that takes you over.

What we are most watchful of is our alignment to our highest self, graciousness and equanimity.

The waves at this particular beach was quite strong, I was just standing still and I got swept by the current and lost control of where I was. I wonder how surfers do it, shout out to my big sister, riding huge waves the world over.

Controlling the waves of the ocean is impossible, but the energies inside our bodies we can very much calm with intention.

Watch when you get all riled up on a thing, remember that there is nothing ever worth being upset about.

Put yourself in a position of power by going back to center then rising above the waves.

At times we get all tangled up in emotions and this is because we already decided to go against what is. We decide to go against nature, even our own nature of peace, joy, love and plenty.

Remember that people will do what they will most especially the ones dear to you and it is beyond the scope of your duty as a loving human being.

Circumstances will happen at the perfect time and place designed by a higher intelligence.

Things will come and go in your life but what is this thing that remains relentless all through out these changes.

Above the waves we see through understanding and compassion. Waves are complexities composed by our ever inquisitive primal nature, your ego, personal image, the way you think people think of you, these are all illusory.

The only truth is how much are you opening up to be more in harmony with the Universe?

Today may you rise your love above the waves!
