Only Make Real Of Things That Nourish

May this day be a start of something beautiful that has never been. All is here, we just need to intend to see it. All is but one life and you are it. All of it.
We are the creators of our world, we are gifted with a mind that can create a heaven or a hell in each moment we think.
That is the only free will we have. To make use of what is gifted of us. To love what is and to push what is possible. Center your thoughts in love whilst in action. Everything is the best thing that has ever happened, even a tooth ache and a parking ticket.
It is showing us parts of ourselves where in we aren't liberated yet. Accept that the truth of live involves pain, but suffering is optional.
Physical pain are just electrical sensations, I have watched myself add drama to it and made my situation worse, but as soon as I saw it as nerves doing its thing and know that all shall pass anyway, I received the pain as a gift and a teacher.
Hell is a creation of the mind within heaven. Heaven is here and now. We put up walls that separate us from what it really is which is pure life.
When we lift up these walls of delusions (our beliefs, preferences, opinions) and receive what is with compassion, life will be so much lived in wholeness.
What are your walls? Your delusions of not enoughness, your beliefs of what and how things, people and circumstances be?
Could it be that you are living in a lake of fire of your creating? We can try stopping banging our heads on the wall only because it feels good when we stop.
Everything is divine intelligent energy which is what is moving all particles in a way that make everything what it is. Everything moves according to the law of vibration. It all moves at a different rate, at varying livingness. (a rock has a lower livingness than a boy).
This energy and the way things come to be can be commanded by us humans; that's what differentiates us from the mineral, plant and animal world. The creator/universe/higher power, however you name it made us like itself; (a creator who can design its own life and decide for ones self.)
What does a full life look like to you? Can you paint a picture of your ideal day? What needs to happen that is in your control to make it the best day?
Remember that it is all made of one stuff, only varying from each other by the amount of light and rate of motion (frequency) it moves.

We make real of things we put our attention to. If you say you aren't or you are; you are correct, a famous car manufacturer once said. What you focus on expands, your reality becomes as you think it.

I love that he connected impermance with possibility. Everything is in its hazy wave state up until it is spoken and acted into existence. It is liberating to know that we can change things that doesn't help our highest evolution by tuning into our future possibilites.
Looking at reality through non self
Look and exist as all things without you being seperate from it. I remember Alan Watts said we can never know what we want because we have it and we don't and can't totally know ourselves because the “Godhead” is never an object to its own knowledge the same way a knife could never cut itself.
That we all run on Karma (Doing), look through things from a concept of unity. That all is meant to happen, everything happens for a reason and for the highest evolution of the totality of everything.
Looking through the lens of non self we get to understand our vital part in the gradual becoming of humanity. That our little contribution is needed, as long as it is coming from the authentic you. Which is made of Love.
May we only make real of things that nourish by being mindful that we are being moved by one force. Love ❤️

Yes pain as a story. I remember a transcendent moment, at the Yeah Yeah Yeahs—it was cold, raining. The water hit my skin. But I was out of mind and so I noticed—these are just feelings. Neither pleasant nor pleasant. Ordinarily, I’d have wanted a sweater or a rain coat or a hot bath. Instead it just was. And so, getting out of my narrow story, I could enjoy the music.
