There are always two sides to every coin (duality), and you get to decide which side you focus on.
And what you focus on expands, becomes real and hardens into 3D materiality through people circumstances and things.
This isn't just positive thinking fluff; this is real power.
What you think you become.
Every morning when you wake up, every challenge that comes your way, every moment of uncertainty - you have this incredible freedom to direct your attention toward what serves you.
Think about it. When you're washing those dishes (yes, even the mundane stuff!), you can choose to see it as a chore or as a sacred ritual of caring for the vessels that nourish your body.
I've started washing each plate with reverence, treating my ceramic bowl as a sacred instrument.
It sounds simple, maybe even silly, but this shift in perspective has changed everything.

Everything Is Temporary - And That's Your Liberation
Everything is momentary. Everything. Except for the divinity in you. Your awareness, your Godliness.
That anxiety you're feeling? Temporary. That excitement from your recent win? Also temporary. The disappointment from last week? It's already passing.
This isn't meant to diminish your experiences - it's meant to free you from being enslaved by them.
When you truly understand that both joy and sorrow are visitors, not permanent residents, you stop clinging so desperately to the good and stop drowning in the difficult.
Your happiness doesn't have to depend on external circumstances staying perfect.
Your love doesn't have to be conditional on everything going your way. You can remain peaceful through it all because you know - deep in your bones - that this too shall pass.
Your Thoughts Are Just Visitors - You Don't Have to Entertain Them All
You know that chattering voice in your head? The one that's constantly analyzing, worrying, planning, judging?
That's not the real you - that's just your reasoning mind, your "monkey mind" that's never satisfied. It wants to fix everything, control everything, understand everything right now.
You don't have to entertain every thought that knocks on your door. When a thought arises - whether it's random anxiety or that familiar self-doubt - you can simply observe it.
Notice it like you'd notice a cloud passing in the sky. You can even jot down keywords if you want, but you don't have to jump into the story it's trying to tell you.
Your Internal State Is Your Sanctuary
Your internal state should be like a sacred temple that remains peaceful no matter what storms rage outside.
Life will get awful sometimes, and sometimes it'll be absolutely magnificent, and most of the time it'll be beautifully mundane. But through all of these external states, you can learn to carry yourself with grace.
This is where the real work happens - in those quiet moments when you sit with your spine straight, draw your belly in, relax your gaze, and simply breathe. In just 61-63 days, you can literally rewire your brain to default to peace instead of panic, to acceptance instead of resistance.
You Can Expand Beyond Your Current Self
Close your eyes for a moment and imagine expanding your awareness. Feel the roof above you, then the sky, then the atmosphere, until you're floating in outer space looking back at
Earth as a tiny marble. All those problems that feel so massive right now? From this cosmic perspective, they seem so small, so manageable.
If your mind has the power to travel to outer space through imagination, then you absolutely have the power to create paradise right here on Earth.
Your suffering isn't caused by your circumstances - it's caused by your thinking about your circumstances.

Choose Openness Over Being Right

Remember, this whole journey - from your first cry as an infant to your last breath - it's all just one breath in the cosmic cycle.
