Welcome new subscribers! Hope you are all doing well. Thank you for spending time here; a place where we can all thrive and be a positive force that we all could be, if we choose to.
Self help, productivity and growth has been written by Stoics, prophets for as long as we can remember. We already know what to do to become the best human we can be but it all boils down to doing what it takes that really matters.
I have recently dusted off my Atomic Habits Book and started to bring it along with me for easy access of reminders and implementation of its concepts. It is helpful to bring the book along with you in your day to day, your car or in your satule. It is a way of designing our environment towards the desired identity that we chose. One who is persistently evolving towards the highest version of ones self.

We will deal with Atomic habits later on for now….How are you? How have you been tracking how you spend your time? We are all blessed with this currency of time and to be watchful of how we spend it is a big determinant of the quality of life we lead.

to name a few. Definitely check them out if you want to expand what can be done on this magical platform called .Going back to how to spend time, we can always design our days into hours and minutes that is most suitable for our own growth. Here are some tips from my good friend

Keeping a to-do list and a schedule
Completing things I don't want to do first and rewarding myself - like stretching before having breakfast and doing my household chores before writing.
Setting things out ahead of time as reminders and motivators
Identifying little pleasures for myself, like having flowers in the house

How does fall feel like in your life right now? Have you been getting the hang of how things in and around you ebb and flow? What has been helping me a lot lately is to watch where I tend to unawaringly attach energy into a story that my ego finds empowering. We all know this is a recipe for collapse and zero sum game. The trick is to LET GO OF THE NEED FOR THINGS TO BE A CERTAIN WAY. Krishnamurti’s phrase “I don't mind what happens next” has been in constant loop in the back of my head. It is saving me a whole lot of unnecessary complications. What is important is how we feel about life right here and now. Can you breathe deeply? Do you have clean water? We can always skip a meal and observe and study how your behaviour is governed by the ecosystem inside your gut that maybe you have been serving sugar that they are now addicted to and have grown conscious that they take command in you reaching for things, putting them in your mouth without your awareness of how it will affect your well being in the long term. The power of mindfulness. To be aware of ones behaviour, to consciously create where our lives are heading. May you feel in command, confident and knowledgeable of the laws of mind and the universe what ever it may mean to you. It is all in your head, friend and it can be a kingdom flourishing of abundance way beyond what you can ever imagine or a limiting small box of limitations and disbelief. Align with what is nourishing at the moment and what serves your best interest. Fill up your own cup, PRIORITIZE YOURSEL, and CONTAMINATE THE WORLD WITH YOUR PEACE.

The season inspired this VEGAN PUMPKIN TOFU MAC & CHEESE. Made this cheesybsauce by blending tofu and canned pumpkin and seasonings like nutritional yeast, lemon spice mix and good too shelf olive oil.
Been spending a lot of time doing some back end maintenance for MAKE PURE THY HEART. I think we have arrived at a stable situation with healthy core vitals to move back on creating sumptuous dishes.
